The Colormetry (CMU) devices are specifically designed to monitor water quality. The analyte being monitored depends on the model of Colormetry being used.
Colorimetric Analysis
Colormetry uses colorimetric analysis to monitor ionic concentrations via the use of a reagent to react with the target ions. Light is then passed through the water to measure the wavelength and intensity of the light, providing the measurement.

Form & Function
Colormetry has a compact design and is easy to install with minimal maintenance, while its automated functions allow it to operate with little oversight.
- A self-diagnostic function enables the equipment to determine if it is having issues and can display alarms to ease troubleshooting. These messages are conveyed on the CMU display screen and via alarms and signals, to inform the customer of analysis results and errors.
- Timer and internal settings test the water automatically, allowing for flexible scheduling and continuous monitoring.
